We Are Up Awarded Grant of Over $1.2 million
We want you, our champions and supporters, to be the first to know that We Are Up is the recipient of a grant of over $1.2 million from the California Department of Housing and Community Development!
2023 Meet and Greet
Last Sunday, we invited friends and donors to the We Are Up property to show our gratitude for all the support. We were able to explain the innovation of the We Are Up model. One built on the value of intergenerational support, the idea that everyone has something to contribute, and a skill or gift to share.
Matching Grant UPdate
WOW! Thank you to all who have helped us get so close to meeting the generous $25,000 matching grant from Humboldt and Mendocino Redwood Companies. The grant was offered just a few months ago and we had a very hopeful and aggressive deadline of April 1st.
