Thank You For Joining We Are Up

Last Sunday, we invited friends and donors to the We Are Up property to show our gratitude for all the support. We were able to explain the innovation of the We Are Up model. One built on the value of intergenerational support, the idea that everyone has something to contribute, and a skill or gift to share. 

We have so many individuals and businesses to thank. Because of help from Nielsen Feed, House & Garden/Hydrofarm, and so many volunteers, the orchard is fenced and food is growing in the We Are Up gardens.

Our core team of volunteers were thrilled to greet so many from the community, serve and sample cheese from Cypress Grove, and wine from Jimmy Pastori, Old Growth Cellars, and Claudia Lima.

People of all ages and skills have amazed us with gifts and kindness. Jeff Smoller played wonderful music, Sun Valley donated flowers, Aaron Lebow and Ryk Robison surprised us with a custom gate, installed the morning of our Meet and Greet.

Thank you again to all of our supporters! We couldn’t do it without you.
